This program is designed for the entrepreneur, business owner or office manager.  Despite how effective a business person may be, recognize there are occasionally questions or considerations that arise. Businesses are often developing faster than a board of directors can be established. We have all made a poor decision from time to time. This can cost us in additional time, money and resources or materials. This can be minimized or eliminated through the process of third party validation. STOP making decisions alone.

Synchronized Solutions is “ON CALL” to respond to, brainstorm and answer or give suggestions on ways in which to remedy a negative situation or corroborate thoughts and steps outlined by a decision maker, within a business, to build and expand the business or address concerns raised. Maybe it is simply necessary to have an outside opinion or a referee to mediate a dispute, objectively, without emotional ties to the organization.

Here is how the program works. For a fee a bank of time is purchased and allocated over a half year or full year for one flat rate. Any time not utilized may be rolled over with a renewal of an equal time period. Time not utilized within a set time parameter will otherwise expire. The flat rate for the bank of time purchased may encompass electronic communications or verbal communications via the telephone and in person meetings where necessary. Should a bank of time be exhausted, additional time may be purchased at a specified rate, stated in the initial agreement. Renewal rates will match the initial rates for two years from the date of the first bank of time is purchased without increasing.

With this program your organization can have a business coach, trainer and mentor on call for any issue that you are unsure of how to proceed, resolve or remedy.
